Air hockey
— the original version of the board game; despite the name, it is only remotely similar to classic hockey. The main similarity lies in the presence of the puck and the gate into which it must be hammered. The playing field is a flat surface, in the classic version — with small holes through which air enters, creating an air cushion and increasing the speed of the puck; however, in relatively simple tables, this function is abandoned to simplify and reduce the cost of construction. Two players take turns pushing the puck with special bats, trying to get it into the opponent's goal and prevent him from doing the same; bits look like small disks with handles. Air hockey is a very dynamic and exciting game that develops dexterity, eye, coordination and reaction speed.
