Tape
— expanders made in the form of elastic bands of rubber, latex or other similar material. They are versatile, suitable for a wide variety of muscle groups and can be used in bodybuilding, yoga, Pilates, various martial arts, etc. Compared to tubular expanders (see the relevant paragraph), which have a similar application, tape models are somewhat more expensive — this is due to increased requirements for the reliability of the material.
